Payments are processed by our billing partner, who acts as the Merchant of Record. To request a refund, use the billing portal accessible from your profile page. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to process.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. When you cancel:

• Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made.
• Your learning progress is preserved and restored if you resubscribe.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of abuse. Requests made outside the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.
