1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Go To AI Market (“GTAIM”) products and services, including Academy, Client Portal, and related platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the products and services.

2. Description of Service

GTAIM provides a platform for AI training programs, consulting deliverables, and related services. Access is available through free registration, paid subscription (Premium), or enterprise engagement. The platform includes self-paced learning programs, knowledge assessments, downloadable resources, and progress tracking.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the seller for all subscription transactions. Paddle handles payment processing, tax calculation, and invoicing on our behalf.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • Price changes will be communicated in advance and take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
  • You may not share your account or credentials with others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Copy, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, resources, guides, templates, assessments, and software provided through GTAIM products and services are the intellectual property of GTAIM, protected under the Swedish Copyright Act (SFS 1960:729) and the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (2019/790). All rights not expressly granted under these terms are reserved.

Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use materials within the scope of their subscription. Premium subscribers may use downloaded materials for personal professional purposes. Materials may not be shared with, distributed to, or reproduced for individuals who do not hold an active GTAIM subscription. Enterprise subscribers may use materials within their licensed organisation for the purposes specified in their engagement agreement. Redistribution outside the organisation is prohibited.

The following are expressly prohibited without prior written consent from GTAIM: reproducing, redistributing, or reselling any GTAIM materials; creating derivative works based on GTAIM materials; sharing access credentials or downloaded materials with unlicensed third parties; and using GTAIM materials in competing products or training programs.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access and legal action under applicable Swedish and EU law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GTAIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by your organisation for the applicable services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these terms. Your organisation may also request removal of your access. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes where practicable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
